The practical details.

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on weekdays via DHL or other couriers and arrive within 1–4 working days across Europe. Shipping is free on orders over €60 to Germany and Luxembourg, and over €80 to the rest of the EU. Customized pieces require one additional working day.

You have 30 days from delivery to return anything that does not fit your routine. Customized pieces are excluded unless the mistake was ours.

Hand wash the powder-coated exterior to protect the finish; lids and inner vessels are dishwasher safe on the top rack. Never microwave or freeze the pieces and keep hot liquids away from children.
